Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at shop.wesleybaker.com. We take pride in the quality of our books and accessories and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below.

Books

All book sales (paperback, hardback, and eBook) are final and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer.support@wesleybaker.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement copy at no extra cost.
  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or accidental orders. 

Accessories

We accept returns for accessories (such as bookmarks, apparel, or stationery) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable

To initiate a return, please email customer.support@wesleybaker.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Exceptions

  • Items purchased on promotion or as part of a bundle may be non-returnable or subject to different terms.
  • Digital products (eBooks or downloadable files) are non-refundable.
